Shipping Info

Shipping: We generally ship all items within 1–2 business days of receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site. We ship through U.S. Postal Service and will provide confirmation of shipment, along with a tracking number, by email.

We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, which generally results in delivery within 2 to 3 days. Requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping cannot be processed on this website; however, in some cases we may be able to accommodate these requests if you place your order by email, and agree to additional shipping charges.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. We are not responsible for delays due to mail logistics or natural events (weather).

Lost Packages: We will not be responsible for replacing lost packages if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which means U.S. Postal Service or the courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address.

Packaged Shipped to Wrong Address: If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. When ordering, make sure your shipping address is accurate.

Product Defects and Damaged Packages: We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

Return Policy

At Mossy Rock Co., we strive for guaranteed satisfaction. We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products (given that the product is NOT opened, used, nor consumed). For a full refund, contact Mossy Rock Co. by email within 30 business days of receiving what appears to you as a faulty product (please take pictures if damaged upon arrival) in order to document any issues so that we can use your photos to make any USPS shipping claims.

After the above is completed, please return the unused product back to Mossy Rock Co. for internal analyses and you are more than welcome to use the mail option of your choice. 

If we mistakenly sent the wrong item or if the item was damaged during shipping, we will pay for a return label to have it sent back to us and replaced. If for some reason the customer has a change of mind and wishes to return their unopened product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
